• Go east (left from the north, right from the south)
on Mill Plain for approximately 1 mile to Grand Blvd.
• Turn right on Grand Blvd. Go south three blocks
to Evergreen Blvd. (next light).
• Turn right on Evergreen Blvd. Go approximately
three blocks west. Lab is on the left. Look for our green
and white signs, green and white awning, and an American
Flag on top of the building. |

• Go west on SR-14 to Evergreen Blvd. Exit, # 3,
Exit to the right on Evergreen Blvd.
• Go west for 2 miles on Evergreen Blvd. AddyLab
is approximately 3 blocks west of the intersection of
Grand and Evergreen, on the left, at 2517 E. Evergreen
Blvd. Look for our green and white signs, green and white
awning, and an American Flag on top of the building.
